How do I find available workshops?
Check the live AppFolio feed on the Available Spaces page. Availability changes; only that feed should be treated as current.
How do I arrange a tour?
Download and complete the questionnaire, then email it to Mike for review. If the building looks like a fit, he’ll introduce you to the showing coordinator. Tours are by appointment only.
What work is permitted?
Read the current building policies and describe your use in the questionnaire. Mike will review fit before a showing.
What are the building access hours?
Current guidance is 6:30 a.m.–10 p.m.; confirm against your lease and current building policies.
How do loading and parking work?
The building has a freight elevator and loading dock. Specific parking and loading terms should be confirmed with management.
